Dunk’NTots is a child basketball development program offering weekly classes filled with a variety of fun and age-appropriate games for children ages 3 to 6 years old. Our curriculum is professionally designed to help develop motor skills, promote physical fitness, and create self-confidence of young children as they play and participate in class. Although we typically promote a non-competitive environment for our younger age groups, students in our older age categories will experience a more challenging and competitive structure as they become proficient in the fundamentals of kids Basketball.
Basketball is a great game for developing young bodies for any athletic endeavor. The first stages of athletic advancement entail creating body awareness, strength and fitness. Upon this core, advanced skills and muscle coordination can be developed for any sport.
Basketball is one of the world’s most popular sports due to the fact most people can play it their entire life. People well into their sixties and seventies play daily to help stay in shape and to meet people socially. So whether or not your child plays at a higher level, you’ll be giving them something that will last a life time.
